I ordered the Sweet 16 necklace for my niece who lives 500 miles away and it was shipped straight to her. When it arrived it was on his 7th birthday and it did NOT have a gift receipt which I wanted to include. I felt like I had to call a real person from phone support to sort out this exchange to be SURE they were getting the correct exchange, which generally took an hour. (The rep was GREAT!) She got the right one but it was frustrating and having to rely on others to return the wrong item is no fun. The correct necklace is great though - this is the third one I've given away. I love that it's a subtle nod to the recipient's age and can be worn for years instead of just a few months.
