I've just started journaling and wanted a decent but inexpensive set of black pens. This is compliant. I can't tell how they compare to the super expensive stuff because I've never used them. But for journaling and simple drawings I've been using them for about a month or two now and I really like them. The only thing, and I mean the only thing, is that I want the pen/marker weight to fit on the body of the marker itself, not just the cap. I mixed them up several times. However, this is the only thing I can think of to improve myself. The pen/marker itself is excellent! Thank you for a great and affordable product! Highly recommended.
