This is a small piece of foam that adheres to glass and plastic and withstands repeated peeling and re-sticking. The product photo is a bit deceptive - the foam is actually white with a black top layer. You can see white everywhere which doesn't look very nice - see my photo. Would I buy more? Sure, but I think $2-3 is a more reasonable price.
