They look used but I bought them new.
I was very upset when I received these shoes today. The right boot was badly worn, the lace itself blackened and torn. On the left shoe, next to the soul, all the threads are torn. You look worn out.

- I don't like the way they are made inside, it breaks off half way, can't put his foot in.
