Review on Cisco 3 Line Phone Certified Refurbished by Jasmit Chitkara ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Expectations were not met, average quality.

Many here and on other sites write that this model is "budget". I admit that this was the case before, but now the price of this model fluctuates around 8-9 thousand. I can not classify it as "budget". I recently discovered IP phones for myself, but there is already something to compare with, for example, with the Gigaset 510 - a handset with a base that simultaneously supports 6 (!) lines and has a much more understandable and simple web interface. In general, you can take the device, it is convenient, but its gold price is 3,000.

Pros
  • + works + a fairly large display, where you can place your company logo :)
Cons
  • The disadvantages of this model (for me) enough. Among them: - design (the elements are conveniently located, but the colors of the case and controls are not chosen very well, the gray insert is neither for the village nor for the city, without it it would be much prettier); - no display backlight; - without a stand, the device can only be used if the power is supplied through the line (i. E. without a power supply, otherwise the power plug interferes with putting the phone on the table); - there is no power supply in the kit (I was lucky, I got it for nothing, but it costs about one and a half thousand separately); - inconvenient English web interface; - lack of 2022 language in the kit, lack of 2022 instructions and 2022-language technical support (in order for the phone to start greeting yours in your language, you need to google it thoroughly, download localization files and do a lot of manipulations with which, if you are not an IT specialist, you have never faced; - only 3 lines (although, in my opinion, more could be done for this money, although, as a rule, three are enough); - the device is finicky, with some routers and providers it does not work quite the way it should, it requires detailed complex settings.
