Fits easily on the 30 inch monitor that I use as my main monitor. A slight pressure on the edge of the monitor is sufficient for a horizontal tilt to adapt to the lighting conditions in the office. Stepping away from the wall, sitting back, and watching a video is also easy. The movement has enough resistance to feel solid and stay firmly in place when you're done pushing the monitor.
