This is amazing. My 5 year old wears an AFO (toe walker) and finding the right shoes was a challenge. We went from store to store and nothing seemed to fit. We tried wide shoes, they were few and didn't fit either. My son has thin feet so I can't imagine how difficult it would be to find shoes for a normal width foot. We were recommended the Nike Flyease as they have a zipper in the back. The zipper helped but they were still tight. After a lot of research I found these NB shoes where they were very wide. They fit perfectly. No more flattened fingers. They are a bit heavy but it helped him walk. I highly recommend these especially if your child uses AFO or has wide feet. I just wish there were more styles to choose from. On the attached picture, the normal Nike sneakers are on the left, the Nike Flyease on the right, and the NB is extra wide in the middle. Big difference.
