I'm so glad I bought this set! At some point I'll probably buy another one. I like the feel of silicone. I've tried everything with water to make sure it's airtight and I would trust anything except liquid jars or creams of any kind. Jars are good for pills or similar. The jars come with a clear plastic lid and lid. I tried homemade bug spray in a spray bottle and it worked great! I put the lotion in one of the silicone bottles and if you squeeze it when the bottle isn't full it stays squeezed, it really doesn't want to go back to its original shape (hope that makes sense). So I have to play with it to get comfortable and see how full it should be etc. The pump bottle doesn't want to unscrew properly because the dispenser tube is almost too long and hitting the ground. bottle and does not want to bend. All you have to do is press firmly while screwing the cap on. But a good set for the money!
