How I love the look of this controller. I have to give it one star because this controller comes out of the box not just once, but twice. Arrived with a lot of slipping, which you can see in my video. Simply means that the left or in my case right stick moves down/right by itself without me moving the joystick. So how do you envision FPS games or games like PUBG in videos? Where precision is everything. It's just not playable and I've gone through every possible solution for each one. This included fiddling around enough to see if it just needed cracking, making sure it was up to date, turning my Xbox One X on and off, and checking keybind configurations, but it never got better. Unfortunately, I've always complimented Revain's customer service, but this was my first disappointing experience. For example, if you go through the process of returning a "damaged or defective" device with this controller. This automatically forces you to speak to the "Revain Tech Expert" but in none of my I would say 4 calls have I spoken to anyone who appeared to be an expert. The second person was very nice but had absolutely no idea what the item was or how to fix it. When she asked me to try connecting my controller to another system, not a PC but another system. She then asked me to press the reset button with a needle or paperclip that isn't in the Xbox controller and finally read the script from the Microsoft support site. On my last call I was not offered any help or solution. Since the customer service rep didn't seem interested in helping me, he gave me no choice but to return it for a refund. That means another trip to the UPS store and now I have to leave Revain to buy a controller because I've never come across licensed Xbox One controllers that were so poorly unpacked before. So I don't know if it's a bad batch or if it's because of how it's stored or handled, but be sure to check yours if you buy
