Good sound, fits my ear well but the music control buttons only worked about 20% of the time. Sometimes it recognized a triple tap as a double tap, but most of the time it didn't recognize a tap at all. I tried tapping fast, slow, hard and soft. Nothing helped. I exchanged emails with the company's support team, they asked me a question about the problem, I replied, but they didn't reply to me again. After waiting a week for a reply from them I sent the Revain headphones back. Edifier replied to me after I posted the above review. They sent me a replacement pair of headphones for free with a promise from me to update my review. They sent another set, Neobuds Pro. This is a different model than the one I originally ordered. I don't know if they should be better or not. They seem to work well, recognizing double and triple taps. You still missed the one-tap option that narrows your options. They sound great and with 6 ear pad options you can find a set that fits your ear. I would have liked the packaging to be a little less flashy, but here it is, my promised addition to my review. I've added 2 more stars to your rating.
