Very cute but a little heavy. Jewelry adds weight to this bag, but not enough to make it obnoxious. It's a good size and the strap keeps the handbag right on your hips. The strap was longer but nothing to complain about. I also threw away the star because one of the pieces of jewelry has a flaw that isn't visible and you don't look too closely.
