UPDATE ON MY REVIEW BELOW. It's true that this tent leaked during our "test run" but I have to raise my rating because the customer service was GREAT! The defective part was replaced very quickly. We'll try again with a new part! My plan is to reinforce the seams with a water repellent spray. I'll try to share as it happens too! If successful, this tent will be worth the money compared to other tents on the market. Wish me good luck! Original rating. I bought this tent for my young family to continue the family tradition of yearly camping and rafting. We had a "test run" in our garden last night. We had a leak! We woke up at 2am, fell asleep in a puddle, it was raining on us. Apparently a seam defect in the rain cover is to blame. Glad we did a test run and can just go in! I emailed the company to ask if they could send me a replacement. If they can't, I'll send it back. I'll check the rain stitching before we try again this time! Apart from the leakage, the tent is good! I really wish the zippers on the door worked a little smoother, but apparently leaking is a much bigger issue. Hope this can be solved!
