This fan was great. until the engine stopped. It hasn't even been 2 full months since I've had it. Stops working during session. I had it checked out by a mechanic and it gets power through the cable until it reaches the engine. I am correcting my rating. I have contacted Amazon to see if anything can be done. Unfortunately, the return window closed after a month. However, they gave me direct contact with the supplier. I stretched, not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised when they responded almost immediately. I'm not 100% sure but it looks like I'll be offered a replacement. That would be amazing considering many of the photoshoots I've live streamed for other photographers have shown how I use it and provided a link. I know several people who also bought this fan on my recommendation. So I'm hoping for really good customer service.
