Review on πŸ”₯ Camco Deluxe Folding Grill Table: Perfect for Picnics, Tailgating, Camping, RVing, and Backyards; Quick Set-up and Compact 6-inch Fold Down for Easy Storage (57293) by Nick Moo

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not the best kitchen/kitchen table. but turned out to be a great inner tent organizer!

Advantages:1. Very easy and quick to set up, pretty durable, no wobble.2. The case makes a very robust impression. I've used it on 4-5 hikes and haven't had any issues with it. It would be nice if it was a washable material because it got very dusty and I'm not entirely sure how it will hold up in the wash. Since the table itself is not waterproof, it would be nice if the storage box was waterproof.3. Various hooks and paper towel holders are very useful. I wish it had a retractable flashlight holder and a trash bag holder. Cons: 4. The aluminum plate is strong but slippery and not wide enough to fit a standard Coleman propane tank camping stove. Using a silicone mat for hot items or a draining mat from a dollar store has worked for me. Aluminum can get very hot in the sun and burn people easily. The standard grill cover is perfect for keeping the sun out, but it doesn't solve the problem if you have to use it in the sun! As others have said the side shelves are fiberboard and not fully waterproof. Plastic should definitely be the best lightweight alternative. Due to the aluminum edges and rounded corners, putting in a replacement is not easy. However, I was able to easily wipe them down with a disinfectant wipe and put wet cups on them. Maybe covering it with contact paper would help resist water damage? I covered it with a regular grill lid overnight and it worked great! 7. Floor shelves are not very durable. I thought the cross members would hold it up but there is a big gap between them. only for light curved objects with pots and pans on them. The plastic clips definitely feel like they will break and tear with exposure to the sun. Overall Rating: Between buying a non-slip mat, grill cover, canopy, contact paper and waterproof storage bag - to solve various problems with it - this table just doesn't make it a financially sound investment. I ended up buying a sturdier folding cooking table for about $30 and used this shelf as an organizer in my tent as it doesn't stand up to the elements either. a table for the kitchen gets a thumbs down from me, but as an indoor tent organizer gets a thumbs up from me!
