The ability to create custom surveys, with questions that are not available in other survey tools. It's a great tool for creating surveys. I have used it for both internal and external research projects. I haven't found anything that I dislike about this software. If you're looking to make your own surveys or need to customize one of their pre-made ones, then this is the tool for you! We've been able to create our own surveys that are tailored to our needs. With Psyma we were able to quickly create a survey, add question types that weren't available in the standard survey tool, and easily export them into Excel for analysis.
