I grew up using heating pads and rare heating pads for pain relief. I'm a boomer who has had psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis along with rheumatoid arthritis. It seems that heat is the only thing that soothes and restores. This baby lies on my pillow and can reach both the neck and the buttocks! lower back.
