Review on 🛀 DANCO Chrome Decorative Metal Tub Spout Remodeling Cover Ring, 1.5" ID and 3.6" OD (10007) by Dave Baker

We changed the bath/shower faucets to brushed nickel color (the old valves leaked) and found the hole behind the nozzle was huge and ugly. Putting this ring on the pipe initially solved the problem well. Very satisfied. When I first got this I was concerned that I had a PVC pipe inlet and would have to cut the connector off the end of it, but that turned out to be not such a big deal because the foam backing (the white center you see in the picture) is a highly elastic, flexible washer that slides easily over the large CPVC port. Very easy installation and I covered both sides of the styrofoam with sealant to prevent water from entering the hole in the wall. It solved my situation completely and responsively.
