The product was opened in the box and when I tried to feed my kittens they ran away! The pellets are so hard and probably not very edible which is probably why my kitties gave up on them. The worst thing is that it is non-refundable so be careful! Maybe you're just throwing money away because the animal refuses to eat it, which is very likely.
