Accurate but a little tricky to use on yourself
A little tricky to use on yourself if you can't see the temperature quickly before the display goes away. I use it in front of a mirror to help me read. I've compared it to a Braun ear thermometer and an older mercury thermometer (which I think is the most accurate). My mercury thermometer read 98 degrees. This Yuwell scored 97.8, as did the brown. I would say it's pretty close! I find this thermometer accurate and satisfied.
