This is the best remedy for very tired and stiff legs. I couldn't believe this machine could work better than a real person! If I need it very intensely then it is possible, if I want to get rid of the usual tight legs and relax a little can do this. The reason I bought this machine is because the reviews mentioned that some found it too intense. First of all I agree that this is probably true but I have a hard time finding someone who can rub my legs hard enough and if you are then buy this car. Love it!
