What a great bracelet. I wear it everywhere and see how people look at it. I am absolutely sure that it helps with wrist pain. For me personally, it's not dramatic pain relief, but it's noticeable and I certainly appreciate it. It's a little heavier than expected, which isn't a problem for me, but it may be uncomfortable for a small woman or an older person. I also don't think it will fit well on a small wrist. I'm 5'9" so it fits me fine but is almost too big.
