My daughter ordered this product through Vine and only received it yesterday. The kit includes a heater and 4 wax sample bags. As a male, I've never used it (and never will) but I did notice a few minor issues with the kit. First, the instructions were poorly written and referred to temperature settings that aren't on the temperature scale. Nothing wrong, but still wrong. However, the only problem that has been encountered is that the crucible cannot be easily inserted into or removed from the heater itself. The heater has a screw head that protrudes into the spot where the crucible is to be placed. Due to the tight tolerance between the melter and heater, this screw head touched the pot, making it difficult to insert and remove - which might not be a good thing if you have a pot of melted wax and are trying to get it out. since it will most likely fly out of the pot. I solved this problem by deliberately making a vertical "dent" in the pot (the metal is very thin) so that it cleans the screw head. This means the pot can only be inserted in one position, but now it can be inserted and pulled out without struggling. The heater seems to work well (it melted the wax quickly) so overall it's decent for the money.
