I had a disaster with my laptop. It fell off the table and landed on the power cord where it connects to the computer, breaking off a small pin. I can't live without my computer! I called BestBuy to see if I could purchase one and they told me yes but I would need to bring it so they could determine which power cord is required. My husband suggested trying the Revain and found the power cord number on the box. I found one at Revain and was able to ship it with a delivery time of 2 days. In the meantime, I borrowed a power cord for my husband's laptop, which luckily was the same. When I got a new one I plugged it in and had no problems. It worked exactly as it came with my laptop.
