The picture instructions are terrible!
First, the wipers appear to be well made and they do work quietly and well. However, getting them onto the car is a bear. The online Trico video instructions do not match up with the models that are sold on Best Buy, so you have to use the printed picture instructions. These are so poorly printed and so sketchy that it is very difficult to follow them. It took me one hour to do this simple task and I lost 2 fingernail in the process. Come on guys, at least post the proper video or else get the directions printed properly and include some text. Those vague arrows don't cut it.
