New review: I've been very happy with Triple Bristle for 2 years now but gradually my gripes changed - initially the blue LED for charging stopped working and after a few Months ago the handles stopped working and vibrated despite being charged all night. As 2 years had passed I wasn't sure if the warranty was still valid but I sent a message to the manufacturer via Revain and Fred W. got back to me quickly and after a short chat even though my warranty had expired, Fred sent me a message. Spare grips and charger. What refreshingly great customer service! Companies like Triple Bristle earn more customers because they care about their product and customer satisfaction. Great job Fred and thanks for the great customer service! Please keep it up. Old review: I used another brand of toothbrush before. I then had my teeth cleaned and the dental hygienist told me to come back a second time for an extra cleaning because of excessive plaque. So I threw away my old brush and bought this triple bristle brush. I used it for about 2-3 weeks, after which I did a second cleaning. Both the hygienist and dentist were impressed with how little plaque they saw on the second visit and asked what I was using. I showed them a picture of triple stubble from Amazon and they said they would order one for themselves.
