Real Poor quality and design execution, hence I give one star. In the first two days, one of the feathers detached from the wings (where the shirt sleeve enters). The flaps will then not be exactly level with the board, as some other people have pointed out, leading to nasty creases if you iron your shirt this way. What's the point of having those wings if they make bad creases on your shirt, and if you don't use wings (because they obviously don't work properly), then what's the point of those wings? I regret this purchase and will not buy anything from this brand. Please do not buy as there are better alternatives on Amazon. This is a cheap product that demands a lot of money.
