I HAVE NO USB-C DEFECT This product is a great idea, I bought a pair in February when I got my Ipad Air . Open box by May. When I did this, the USB-C cable did not work with any pair of cables sold with my iPad Air. I was shocked because the reviews are good. Oddly enough, when I used the micro USB end with the small tip of the micro USB-C adapter then it charged my iPad Air just fine. Plus, the iPad Air works with several other USB-C cables around the house. I'm very disappointed but all you do is plug in the cable and it doesn't work so I don't think I'm doing anything wrong. Maybe one day a bad batch of USB-C tips got into the shipment. Flash works fine. As I haven't been open in months the 30 day refund is long gone.
