I bought these glasses to help me fall asleep faster and in case I have migraines. I found them very effective. The lenses are very dark, so I wouldn't recommend them for computer work (amber glasses are better for that). I've used them on TV and although everything looks weird looking through red lenses I'm used to them. how they fit my face. I wear them at night when I watch TV before bed so I can fall asleep faster and I feel they are effective for that (because they block blue light which can interfere with natural sleep). I had migraines and wore glasses to relieve the pain. My eyes become very sensitive to light when I have migraines and my headaches get worse with exposure to light, and these glasses have definitely helped with that. And I was able to function better because I wore blinders during my migraines as my eyes were very sore with any exposure to light. With these glasses, I could watch TV and walk around the house. As for me, there is nothing that will help me deal with my migraines. But I felt that wearing these glasses helped me endure pain and function better, and my migraines lasted less than in the past. I don't think wearing the glasses alone reduced the headaches, but I do think that they were part of what helped and I was grateful for that. reviewer program. I take migraine pain very seriously as I have been on average once a month since puberty and would never intentionally mislead anyone about migraine pain relief.
