Review on πŸ‘Ÿ Ryka Women's Graphite Training Shoe: Optimal Performance and Style by Amber Perez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Conveniently right out of the box. Supports step and HIIT exercises.

I was immediately surprised when I put them on right out of the box, they were so comfortable as if they were my good old worn out real training shoes. nothing hurts Pros: - Plenty of room in the toe area so *no* toes get pinched and the upper *doesn't* press on the big toe - The entire ankle area is well padded. And there's *nothing* hard in the ankle pads that you feel like digging into your ankles (like other Ryka models I've tried). - The tongue fits perfectly. It's not too short and not too long. It *NOT* digs into the top of your ankle. You don't feel it at all You don't move during the workout. - There is a harder protective layer on the edges of the socks to prevent injuries caused by toe injuries. - The material is breathable to keep your feet from sweating. - The upper is soft and flexible, and very flexible. When you flex your foot, you don't feel any part of the shoe creating hard creases that cut into the tops of your feet (like some other shoes I've tried). The laces are made of high quality material. Very easy to tie and untie. The shoes support lateral movements very well. They hold the foot in place so you don't feel like your foot is slipping in, which is especially important in the forefoot. They may feel narrow and tapered at the front, but have enough room to keep your toes out while still maintaining a stable footing. Ideal for stepping exercises and rotating movements in HIIT exercises. The shoes are lightweight and don't have a high platform, so you won't lose your balance if you land on a step. The insoles are excellent. They are not too hard and not too soft made from memory foam which I hate in training shoes. That way you get enough cushioning to take a hit and not too much cushioning to drag you down for a breakaway. I have very flat feet and I often experience pain in shoes with built in arches that press hard against my feet. They have an arch but they are not hard and stiff; They are comfortable and don't put pressure on your feet. Cons: I wish there was a little more padding in the balls of the feet for a hard hit, but it's enough to get you through the moves without pain.
