I like the fact that my API works well with other systems such as Salesforce. It's easy to set up and use. The cost is not cheap but it's worth it if you need an API for your business. Some features are more difficult to understand than others. I wish there was a way to make some things easier to use. For example, when I first signed up I had to do a lot of steps just to get my API keys set up correctly. There were many steps to follow which made me feel like the system wasn't working properly. It took a long time to get this right. I am using this API to integrate with our salesforce platform so we can have real-time updates from our customers. This allows us to know how they are doing and when something needs to be fixed or changed.
