First of all, the quality of this meditation cushion and mat is excellent. Nice design and color. I ordered brown (SF-10) and it was perfect. Hard pillow but very comfortable. Highly recommended. ** Pay close attention to the dimensions of this item though ** I am a 6 foot male and very "leggy". I sit in seiza while meditating and the mat is a few inches smaller than my feet. My knees or toes sag a few inches. I take responsibility for ordering this item without respecting the measurements. Luckily, this company offers a larger set which I will be buying right away. Leewadee is what you need! Good product. peace, love and respect.
