This bar soap feels like a very gentle sandpaper almost but for your body. So it's a physical exfoliant, I'm not sure if there are any acids/chemical exfoliants in the ingredients.It has a pretty masculine smell but that doesn't seem to linger on my body after I use it.A little goes a long way if you use a loofah after rubbing a bit of it on your body. I just use the bar and apply it on my legs and arms and that's enough to be able to rub around and clean the rest of my body. I'm not sure how much it's actually Exfoliating but it feels like it is.The only thing I don't like about this is that it leaves a heavy film in the bottom of my tub when it's slow to drain and so I'm not sure if that's the sudsy sediment from this bar that's making my drain back up or not :/The bar itself is good though, it's not drying and it's easy to hold onto in the shower. It's impressive that it doesn't dry my skin out because most other bar soaps do! The pack I got came with two bars and I can see one bar lasting me anywhere from 25 to 30 showers? I take long showers like every other day. So I don't know but I feel like I would recommend this!
