. Seems to be a design flaw. I am a professional artist and have long used my Big Shot as a backing pad for my work and this die cuts through all materials from thin to thick in the same two places on envelopes. It's hard to see at first, but if you fold the flaps of the clasp envelope you'll see tears. The My Craft Bench seller does not refund money so please avoid doing business with this seller. They are shady at best. I do not recommend this matrix at all.
