Noisy. Cheap plastic with loose parts. Returned
The fan blows enough air for its size. That's the only positive thing I can point out. It's loud, rattles, dangles from the base and is just so poorly made. Its terminal is of better quality than the fan itself. The cheap plastic connector actually fell apart when unplugged. Decided to return immediately after recording.
