I have been using this product for almost a year now. I've used it on multiple trips and in multiple locations (hotel rooms, airports, conference rooms, and more). I like the size and light weight of the product. That's what he says and that's what he does. The USB charging ports were fast and reliable. Even with two sockets there were no problems. The cord wraps nicely and neatly in the strip, keeping the connector secure and out of the way. Well, it only has two outlets. That's to be expected, but I think with a little redesign or more engineering it could easily have 3 or 4 sockets instead of two. Using this will only give you an extra output. You use an outlet by plugging it into the main outlet and then getting two outlets. That means you only get one power outlet and, of course, three USBs. The outlet that the plug is in is just a place for it. In my opinion, this is a missed opportunity for another useful outlet. Or an outlet can be added over two existing outlets. This area above the two rosettes is a fairly significant area compared to the overall size of the item. With a slight redesign, it could be even more useful than it already is and arguably the best travel extension. If he added a swiveling plug (this is best used on the bottom outlet of the wall, but not the top or some other outlets) and if he added surge protection, it would be a real game changer and by far the best on the market.
