Lies down and does not remain soft.

At first I thought "Wow, that's huge!" But it levels off very quickly. We gave it enough time to shake it up and spent several days breaking pieces and throwing them and shaking them up. Only to find that after using it a few times you almost fall on the floor. Bloating between uses is a MUST for adults, but not for young children. My biggest disappointment that I noticed was that when the chair was fully fluffed up, there were a few faint brown spots around the chair. As we bought the tangerine I wasn't sure at first if it was shadows but when we started turning it over and examining it further we realized it was some kind of stain. Very disappointed to have received a remanufactured or returned case. We also had tons of little pieces of foam all over the zipper line that I had to vacuum and use duct tape and they still haven't all come loose. It would be nice if you could hold the chair in one position, but then you also have to move it up and shake it up so it sits as comfortably as possible. Another update on July 11, 2018: In less than 6 months, this product has become very flat and hard. It is no longer soft and fluffy and my 40 year old sinks straight to the floor after trying to fluff it up and refill it. We originally bought it as a more functional crash pad for him as the special crash pads are very expensive and uncomfortable to sit on, but honestly I'd expect it to flatten out after just a small child has used it and not once a day. I was wondering if taking the cover off and washing and drying it would shrink it a bit and help it hold its shape again, but you can't remove the cover without millions of tiny pieces of foam everywhere, and my child has sensory impairments. and PICA make this option dangerous for us. We are looking for a better quality chair with a removable cover and reject it.
