They are undersized. But they are cute!
my 4 year old daughter wears all size 10 shoes so i ordered 10 and they were too small! She could barely put them on, and when she managed to squeeze her leg in, she couldn't walk because they were too tight. Her other famous brands' flats are size 48 and they fit her perfectly. This pair was cute but I would suggest ordering a size up.
