Worst product I've ever bought from Amazon.
This item is defective. A complete waste of money. I suspect men tell their loved ones they love it because those they love bought it for them. I bought this for myself so can honestly say the pieces are mismatched and cheap, the cut may be random. It'll pull out more hair than it cuts, and that's not even half. Everyone needs to experience this to understand how much frustration a person can experience before losing all hope and yearning for deliverance. These suck so bad.
