Overall very happy with the quality and value this brings to my workplace. Customer service is lacking along the way. After 4 weeks still no response (someone will get back to you in a few business days) but I have collected the mounts for my needs. When used on a bar table it was necessary to reverse the bottom mounting bracket to allow full table mobility. For some unknown reason, the height of the two levers are about 1/2 inch different when fully extended, but that doesn't affect how I use them. You should offer shorter screws as a second option. Money and would recommend it despite its CS Great space savings and increased comfort.
