So I learned after buying it, it’s not the best waist trainer out there if it trains at all. It’s mostly for swearing. The zipper broke on me once after a few weeks of use but is fine now. I will keep it for working out and improving posture but as for waist training, I recommend looking into real waist trainers that are made just for training
- It is ideal for women who have undergone abdominal surgery and need additional support during recovery
- May not be suitable for individuals with spinal instability
