Review on Phagun Resort Skirt Cotton Summer by Anita Fernandez

I'm 5'11 and this skirt hits my ankles. first soak in a solution of 1/2 vinegar and 1/2 water for a few hours (this will fix the bad dyes that run). The water was as clear as when I first put it in, which surprised me. Then I pour everything into a machine wash and wash it in cold water. The fabric has never leaked or transferred to other garments. The fabric is very light - but not flimsy or transparent. I really like this skirt. Now buying 2 more in others I live in the deep south so this will be year round wear for me.
