I got the metallic breast cancer pink color. Comes with a pink clip to add to the stethoscope for a name tag. One of my nursing class mates had bought this stethoscope and I tried hers out. I had a littmann and this one is 10x better. Not sure the exact littmann I had, I’m sure there are better ones that what I had but the one I had hurt my ears and you could barely hear out of it. I even had others try it out. I had a hard time hearing heart beats or deep breaths with my litmann. This new stethoscope I can find the heart beat right away, can hear deep breaths very loud and clear. I was nervous because everyone gets a littmann but this is 100 times better. Even with read review I still get nervous but go ahead and buy this!
