This is an amazing product and I wear it every day, I stash 2 chest seals, 1 tourniquet, 1 CELOX Z gauze, 2 pairs of rubber gloves, mole mech seat belt cutter with CPR face shield. This is a great product and I would recommend friends/family who don't wear their own vests to wear a larger IFAK. I would flip the velcro the way it comes now, the hook side faces the skin and can cause irritation when worn if not properly fitted making wearing long socks mandatory if you pull the hook fasteners OUT OF THE SKIN then will it wouldn't be a challenge to wear them all day.
