I bought a size 4 for my 2t toddler. It was the smallest size they had. So I had to make adjustments. Cut the plastic piece off, and shortened the straps. then I got it hemmed. The bow tied tight enough that I didn't have to take it in.I would recommend cutting off the plastic pieces on the straps and re-sew the straps back on. Makes the dress look better. It's still great quality and comfort.
