I was amazed at the quality of this bag when it arrived. The material is very thick and the design is very beautiful and looks designer. My daughter loved that it has so many pockets and zippers and is big enough to accommodate her needs when she is in elementary school. I was very happy with the purchase. The only downside I've found is that for some reason the bottom strap adjusters don't want to stay in place so they often work loose on their own and result in having to be tightened heavily. I'll probably just fix that as it's a bit annoying, but all the other positives make up for this minor issue.
