I give this unit a C+. This is a universal women's size M/L. There is no size in the main description. I can't tell if it's upside down or not. I used an anti-chafing protector as it rubs. I'm guessing it's going to be hot and sweaty! Spring. It supports my knee and that's the most important thing. I wish it had longer straps. The temple hinges are more of a gimmick as they hit my sore knee when they flex. ***(**EDIT: After walking around with it for 30 minutes, it's clearly too small for me. I'll be sending it back).*****
