1/2 is not the whole, and support service DOES NOT MATTER.
You order what fits perfectly and you get what fits half the fridge. Customer service does not answer, does not correct the situation and does not even send a smoke signal. Not worth the time and definitely not the cost to try and get a custom fit. My not-so-comfortable ice packs work. The idea is great, but the execution is TERRIBLE.
