Absolutely unusable product, not suitable for use.
I always buy this balm. I know how it smells and what quality it is. What they brought - I don't know what to call it. This is a strange substance, it really stinks of mold and something indescribably disgusting. Very upset, because love this brand. Either this is a delay, or the balm has deteriorated so much. I do not advise buying here, definitely a very poor quality product.
