We live on a farm and were struggling to find wellies that would fit my 14 month old daughter so she could feed the cows and pigs with her father. The smallest boots we could find were a size 5 which was too big and she was able to get out of them straight away, we really needed a size 4. They fit perfectly. By using velcro on the back I can make sure they are tight enough so she won't slip or fall off while walking. We haven't had any leaks or issues with them as long as they stay away from mud and water higher than boots :)
