Fabric bands are too large and they stretch but aren't made very well.
The four bands are fabric and are too large for my wrists and ankles. Seems like they are made to go over clothing. I did place two of them on my biceps since they stretch, but now the velcro is pulling apart from the fabric on the first use. I used the two slap bands around my ankles and that worked out well. I wish I would have just purchased a set of slap bands.
- Everything fits nice and snug. Very bright day glow colors and wonderfully reflective material.
- The reflective material loses its effectiveness over time through washing and exposure to the elements
