The four bands are fabric and are too large for my wrists and ankles. Seems like they are made to go over clothing. I did place two of them on my biceps since they stretch, but now the velcro is pulling apart from the fabric on the first use. I used the two slap bands around my ankles and that worked out well. I wish I would have just purchased a set of slap bands.
